One of the lowest cost, lowest risk ways to get started investing is in real estate is to start out as a real estate bird dog. Real estate bird dogging involves locating properties for other investors. You simply find the properties and refer them to people that have the money to buy the properties. There are variations on what a property locator is, all of which we will cover in these free real estate bird dog lessons.
