Building a Buyer’s List – Training Lesson 30

Wholesaling properties or selling/assigning the agreement to an investor or buyer is much more straightforward if you have a list of buyers able to buy or take over your deals.  It is among the more vital things you can accomplish as real estate bird dog or investor. If you are a real estate property finder that plans to make some cash finding properties or sooner or later wholesale houses, you really need to start building an inventory  now.

Do not wait until you might have a property under contract to start building an inventory of possible investors or retail customers that will be excited by offers which you find. There are different investors listing ads to sell their offers. You can give them a phone call or send them an e-mail to introduce your self to them.

3. Bulletin Board Posts and Bandit Signs

This is one of the best|probably the greatest|a top-of-the-line|the most effective|among the best|among the finest} technique I use to find buyers.  I use aIJust use a piece of 12 ×18 light colored corrugated plastic signs and write on them with black or crimson permanent marker that I have a cheap house for sale.

In the event you’re going to be using signs, be sure to take a look at your local ordinances, as some spaces have restrictions on where signs can be located.

4. Give a Call to all the For Rent ads in your preferred neighborhoods

If a person owns a house for rent they are likely an investor that may want additional houses.

5. Contact your Buyers Immediately

Keep in contact with your buyers on a continuous basis and if you have a deal get in touch with them quickly.

6. Network at Actual Property Investor Affiliation Conferences
