Real Estate Bird Dogs, also known as Property Locators, Property Finders or Jobbers are the eyes and the ears of real estate investors. They find properties for real estate investors to buy – properties these investors most likely would not be able to find on their own.

On this blog you can learn how to make money being a real estate birddog and then progressing to being a real estate investor. After all, once you’ve become a successful property locator you are only a few steps away from getting into the actual investing and having more fun and making more money.

As a real estate investor (and former real estate agent) I have seen a lot of frustrated people that want to invest in real estate, but don’t know how. I have also seen the so called “gurus” take money from people to teach them how, but then leave them hanging.

As a result, I want to share with you some great real estate investing tactics (by first starting out birddogging for real estate) for FREE!

I will be providing you with literally hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of real estate investing information for those of you who want to achieve real estate investing success.

I am not one of these self-aggrandizing gurus that is trying to get you to buy over priced, useless courses from me. I have wholesaled houses, rehabbed (my knees are still sore from installing baseboard), short sales, buy and hold investing where I was the landlord, commercial property evaluation, land deals, owner financing and a lot of other real estate related activities.
